NFT Investments (AQSE: NFT), an incubator specialising in the market for non-fungible tokens ("NFTs"), announces that on the 21(th) November 2022, Durban Holdings Ltd, a company of which Jonathan Bixby (Executive Chairman of the Company) and Mike Edwards (Non-Executive Director of the Company) are beneficial owners, made a purchase of the 20,000,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price per share of 0.8 pence.
