                          Update re Trading Statement 
 
Nexus Management plc, the IT Managed Services Provider, announces that further 
to the announcement made on 1 November 2011, the Company now intends to publish 
a pre-close trading statement on 14 December 2011. 
 
The final results for the year ended 30 September 2011 are expected to be 
released in late January 2012. 
 
The delay is to allow the Board additional time to complete the strategic 
review which commenced on 1 November 2011.
