The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael (Mike) Walliss as 
Executive Director with immediate effect. Mike currently holds the position of 
Managing Director and is a majority shareholder of Enables IT, an IT company 
incorporated in 1991 that has established itself as a leading technology 
solutions specialist in the UK. 
 
Commenting on the appointment of Mike Walliss as Executive Director, Nexus 
Executive Chairman M Barney Battles said:
