20/4/2011 09:55 | Apology accepted. s | stephanie_m
20/4/2011 09:54 | more confusion I'm afraid but I will apologise - 'bid' is one of those ambiguous words! :o) | the_doctor
20/4/2011 09:45 | 'stephanie' then dont make rampy '40p bid' claims if you're not even remotely able to back them up! | the_doctor
20/4/2011 09:21 | '40p+ bid on the way' YES YOU DO! basically, you havent got a clue how they're going to make money, yet here you are ramping away about bids! Nobody will buy NextGen, because it's cheaper to simply use contracts NextGen's assays are nothing special and its services arent either PRM's isobaric mass label technology is allowing mass spec to finally become a serious competitor to other techs like Luminex The tech means that discovery through to assay development can all be on the same efficient platform. When commercial assays are launched using this, PRM will get licenses and royalties. NextGen cant do that. | the_doctor
20/4/2011 09:17 | Will comment further when I see the annual report. I do not ramp shares, so I will just ignore your comment. s | stephanie_m
20/4/2011 09:14 | Dont be daft. You're just ramping and I suspect have little understanding of this company I asked here, but not one person told me why this company should go any higher The plasma panels wont make much money IMO. This company doesnt have the big IP-driven drivers that PRM has | the_doctor
20/4/2011 09:04 | Results awaited. .40p+ bid on the way s | stephanie_m
19/4/2011 11:36 | Spot on another easy 40% here at least id say. | lady gaga
19/4/2011 01:45 | ... lets not forget the results coming very soon, maybe a reason for trying to buy cheap before hand maybe ? | citytrader 007
17/4/2011 00:09 | I feel confident in this present time, it could get played down with the start of all this scaremongering, no surprise really theres only one reason to say these things aye. Still, i'm confidently quiet to carry on grabbing a few, as said, we all make choices and type things, for one reason or another. | citytrader 007
16/4/2011 23:45 | Thanks Moochy, I may play in this one but the chances of more fundraising via equity could move this one lower for a longer period of time, but its been around a while since 2006 and so many equity hits to boot. For the long term could come good but maybe one for 3 yrs if they can keep it going. But what they really need is 4 - 6 very good RNS's without the custom equity hit. But the customary MM wolf pack playing this stock may never let this one loose. | whyme
15/4/2011 23:16 | Hi Whyme, fundraising is always possible. I don't know that they "are turning a corner", however I can say that they have introduced 3 more Assays recently, hence are expanding their range, which is good news if these become successful. I bought in at .11p, sold at .55p, then bought back in at .31p, and sold Wednesday at .41p. I feel another retrace is in play, and imo the retrace will be sub .3p, this time, hence waiting to get back in after the retrace (if it does retrace sub .3p). I'm only trading between half a million and 1 million shares here, hence not a big stake. but I might increase my holding in the event of a severe retrace. good luck if you decide to buy. | moochy
15/4/2011 19:33 | Hmmmm, New to this company but it appears normal that after news there is a release for the fundraising. (3 - 5 weeks). Ok bearing this in mind... is this the first time in the companies history that they have fully produced products on a commercial level and news on RNS after 4 years. Does this mean that they are turning a corner and may be issuing more favourable results (earnings). Will they issue a fundraising of the level of PYC to hit the over 1 billion shares and therefore dilute more to the level of 0.15 or 0.2p and maybe hit the PYC level in 6 - 8 months time all being well ? | whyme
15/4/2011 15:40 | Pyc looking good Monday guys don't say yee weren't told. | lady gaga
15/4/2011 14:29 | lady G pyc again:) | dahmmy
14/4/2011 11:10 | Thursday 14 April, 2011 ValiRx PLC Agreements with Imperial College & Oxford Uni RNS Number : 8790E ValiRx PLC 14 April 2011 14 April 2011 ValiRx Plc ("ValiRx" or the "Company") Agreements with Imperial College and Oxford University ValiRx, a life science company with a focus on cancer diagnostics and therapeutics for personalised medicine, announces that it has signed agreements with Imperial College and Oxford University to accelerate the development of its lead therapeutics VAL101 and VAL 201. Imperial College will carry out the late preclinical development of VAL101 with funding from the Eurostars scheme. The aim is to provide validation for the GeneICE clinical applications and validation for the use of GeneICE technology as a silencing tool, in which "rebellious genes", which cause problems such as cancer and some neurological problems, are shut down or "put on ice". ValiRx hopes that this will enable VAL101 to compete in the rapidly growing market space for epigenomics therapeutics and personalised medicine. Among other opportunities, it is hoped that the data package will address a specific data "wish list" provided to ValiRx by a leading global provider to the life science community, and that it will provide discovery and development tools and biomarkers for biopharmaceutical companies in their development of potential companion diagnostic products. The collaboration with Oxford University will look at late preclinical development of VAL201 to combat hormone refractory prostate cancer and also further indications of hormone induced unregulated growth. These conditions have a significant unmet clinical need and, if the collaboration is successful, VAL201 will have a large impact on the personalised therapeutic approach to oncology and unregulated growth. Imperial College and Oxford University are amongst the world's most prestigious institutions to be carrying out drug development of this type. Further work will be carried out to support the regulatory requirements prior to entering clinical trials. All intellectual and commercial property rights from the work undertaken by both Oxford University and Imperial College will continue to be owned by ValiRx. Dr Satu Vainikka, CEO of ValiRx plc, commented: "I am delighted that we have reached agreement with two such prestigious institutions whose research work is reputed to be of the highest standard. I look forward to ValiRx benefiting greatly from this association and for the future successful progress and development of our therapeutic medicines." | gdasinv2

13/4/2011 22:14 | If this was my thread i'd do it, this person all over these boards has gotten quite a reputation for falsifying and lying, even today with the 30 odd percent claim. SAR and PYC were both traps too, contrary to belief, you'd think he/she "packeted" from those too, and when I stated what i'd made in various threads I was shot down, but this was ok to "certain" people to do it. You'll notice I do not post there now, simply because im out, although some still do because there stuck in it, caught out on their own ramping, a bit like today you may say ? The chances are, he/she sold here on panic later in the morning, rather than having balls and hanging on - proving a pump and dump theory so much loved by some, and or simply holding silent if that was the case that IT sold, he/she decided to lie about the whole thing, look at all posts since your pre-opening all through the day, says enough right ? The thing being, is now he/she has dropped so many clangers all over ADV, i'd guess in a short amount of time, the name will dissappear and another created, with the same BS none the less !! You may also agree, that he/she seems to have a few followers in EVERY THREAD posted in, you could call them ALTS possibly, or alternate characters of the same person, either way, wherever IT posts, reverse what IT says and your about right, DO NOT listen, as today you have learnt - as with most of ADV forums now, are simply full of BS and lies to secure a win, that is never in your favour, like the peas under the cups trick and guess where it is, simply a con. If your reading this now, i'd steer well clear of shares that IT is in, a pure danger to have in any thread for any honest true investor reading in. TO THE MOD - please remove this if you have to, no probs, but also do the right thing aswell. | citytrader 007
