Further to the announcement in respect of the Class A1 Reset made by the Issuer on 14 July 2020 with RNS number 9709S, the Issuer confirms that it has received a Rating Confirmation from each Rating Agency in respect of the Class A1 Reset and the Class A1 Reset has today (17 August 2020) become effective.
