SIGNIFICANT EVENT

Within the reorganization process of the OHL Group, the Board of Directors of the Company has agreed to:

- Accept the resignation of Mr. Rafael Martin de Nicolas Canas as member of the Board of Directors, who will now act as President - General Director of the Construction Division in Spain.

- Appoint as member of the Board of Directors, by co-option, to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Rafael Martin de Nicolas Canas, the President and General Director of the Construction Division, Mr. Andres Marin Francisco.
