Further to the announcement in respect of the Class A1 Reset made by the Issuer on 13 November 2020 with RNS number 2632F, the Issuer confirms that it has received a Rating Confirmation from each Rating Agency in respect of the Class A1 Reset and the Class A1 Reset has today (15 December 2020) become effective.
