01/7/2014 09:10 | Hi folks I joined you here today as a result of technicals and fundamentals aligning nicely: as showing up on one of my ShareScope filtering exercises. Good to see some familiar names :-) | saucepan
27/6/2014 19:42 | Either that Cfro or they hold it deliberately early to discourage attendance! | sundance 13
27/6/2014 13:53 | I have nibbled a small amount more again today BB2. Shhhhh.... | cfro
27/6/2014 13:26 | Slowly steadily climbing while no one notices, well except the wise amongst us :)) | battlebus2
17/6/2014 15:41 | Thanks davidosh for the feedback. Update next month then to look forward to. :-) Re 9am start, isnt it commonsense that if you put the AGM this early, then you wont get many attend?? Afterall, arent directors generally supposed to be intelligent people?! | cfro
17/6/2014 15:08 | There were three shareholders at the Agm and we asked questions for about one hour with Spencer dialling into the meeting and three directors in the room. I immediately made the point about having a meeting that starts at 10.30am or later in the day rather than 9am if they want increased shareholder attendance and they will consider that for next year. They said there would not be a trading update until next month and of course we are only ten days away from the half year end. I also invited the directors to have a stand and present at the Mello Weekender event in 7-9th November in Derby to help raise their profile. | davidosh
17/6/2014 13:17 | From past years they dont make agm statements but release a trading update mid july on the period to end june | daneswooddynamo
17/6/2014 13:09 | Well, no AGM statement so i presume that there isnt much else to say at this time. Would appreciate some feedback from anyone how attended early this morning. A 9am start does nobody any favours so i dont suppose many made it. | cfro
17/6/2014 12:42 | I couldn't make the agm but davidosh if you can let me know any highlights it would be appreciated | 123ct
13/6/2014 22:40 | 123ct.....I have at least four of us attending on Tuesday morning as it is just down the road from our Mello event the night before. I am sure the company will be very pleased to see shareholders coming as they only had one person last year, but it has to be said that a 9am start does not exactly encourage attendance. | davidosh
13/6/2014 12:07 | 123ct. You can just turn up but bring some ID and state that your shares are held in a nominee account. I would like to attend but am in Spain until 20th hence can't make it. | norbert colon
13/6/2014 08:34 | NWKI, Europe is where the majority of their revenues are generated, with the Americas the second largest international region. Extract from STHR trading update today is encouraging imv. "The Americas had a very strong first half, growing 62%* year on year and we are doubling our office space in San Francisco and Houston to accommodate our expansion plans. | interceptor2
10/6/2014 10:07 | how do you get to go to an agm when shares are held in nominee accounts, please let me know as I may go | 123ct
10/6/2014 09:09 | Ive been buying in here recently and ahead of next weeks AGM. Business looks to be picking up nicely. The last results showed good growth in earnings and PBT. This for me is a nice investment to go alongside RTC in the same sector and as the thread header says, these shares are after all Derd cheap. ;-) | cfro
09/6/2014 12:34 | Would like to attend but unfortunately can't make it.Nice to see it gaining some attention again. | hastings
09/6/2014 10:34 | Only a week to go to the Agm and presumably another update. I will be there so certainly a chance to ask questions and meet the whole board as I have only met the excellent FD thus far. Any of you coming to the Agm ? Only two there last year and management really do need to know shareholders exist and appreciate them and challenge where necessary too ! | davidosh
09/6/2014 09:59 | New highs and blue sky to 60p imv :)) | battlebus2
06/6/2014 08:27 | Trying once again to reach new highs. AGM later this month. | battlebus2
