Netstore announces results for the three months ended 31 March 2003.

"Strong trading continues"

"The amount of new business signed in the quarter, measured as first year contract value, was £1.4m; in line with our targets for the seventh consecutive quarter"

Cash balances were £12.9m at 31 March 2003, compared with £15.8m at 31 December 2002 (2002: £16.6m).

* Turnover increased by 28%

* Operating losses reduced to £0.4m

* EBITDA profit achieved for the first time since IPO.

* NetConnect trading profitably

Revenue flowing from deferred revenue and contracted renewals plus projects signed but not yet completed and billed, will total approximately £12.7 m in the current year.

"Our recent contract wins and the larger opportunities we are now seeing in our
pipeline are proof that our corporate strategy is taking the company in the
right direction; we expect our target verticals and local authorities in
particular to provide substantial opportunity in the coming year."

Thank you for your enquiry regarding the timing of our Q3 results announcement.

As yet, I am afraid I cannot give you a firm date. The details are being arranged by our Financial Director who is currently away on leave. Upon his return I shall endeavour to secure the details and come back to you as soon as possible. However, I would not anticipate the Q3 results being announced until late May at the earliest.

My apologies that I cannot be any clearer at this time, but once I have the information to hand I will contact you.

Kind Regards

Kevin

all contact with life forms on nes has been lost. the only logical solution is that they have established communications on another plane of contact. while scanners report the nes atmosphere continues to sustain life, we are faced with the seemingly impossible task of uncovering more information without a full research team. despite this and conflicting readings with regard to the immediate direction of nes, we have faith in its eventual return to orbit. in the meantime all we can do is sit, and wait.

Extractt from todays Wall Street Transcript

TWST: What's your sense of addressable market size today -- and I am assuming it is UK focused for now?

Mr. Barry-Walsh: Yes, we decided to focus on the UK, because we feel the market is pretty big. On our next quarter, we reckon we will be turning over about $7.5 million. This will give us a $30 million run rate. We are hoping that we should be able to grow the business with some acquisition to about $150 million in 3-4 years. That's what we feel we can get out there.

(Hopefully we'll see this big increase in T/O translating into a good profit next year. Mo)

4 big trades yesterday totalling about 3.5 million shares. No news items on who this could be though. Hopefully it will be the start of a move up in the share price again after the recent drop.
