RNS Number:4125O Net b2b2 PLC 20 February 2008 Netb2b2 plc ("Netb2b2" or "the Company") Issue of Equity Netb2b2 plc (AIM:NEB) announces that, yesterday, the Company issued 2.5 million ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Keith Young, the Company's Chairman. This represents the second tranche of Ordinary Shares to be issued to Mr Young pursuant to the agreement between him and the Company, entered into in December 2007. Details of this transaction were set out in the notice of extraordinary general meeting posted to shareholders and notified on 4 December 2007. The placing price for the Ordinary Shares was £0.10. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is anticipated that admission will become effective and that dealings will commence on 25 February 2008.
