TIDMNEB RNS Number : 1597U Net b2b2 PLC 19 June 2009 Netb2b2 plc ("the Company") Resignation and appointment of directors Netb2b2 plc (AIM:NEB) announces the resignation of Tim Childs and James Andrews from the board of directors of the Company, with effect from 18 June 2009.Robert William Killick (58), currently CEO of the largest group subsidiary cScape Strategic Internet Services Limited, has joined the board as at the same date. Mr Killick holds 7,401 options over ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of GBP1. Save as set out in this announcement, there is no other information to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 or Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies. The Company will shortly be posting a notice to shareholders convening a General Meeting to approve the change of the Company's name to cScape Group plc.
