Outcome of Annual General Meeting and document relating to special business.
Appointment of stockbroker
The Board of Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT PLC are pleased to announce
that at the Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions put to the meeting
were duly passed. The full text of each resolution was set out in the Notice of
Annual General Meeting included in the Annual Report circulated to the
shareholders.
Two copies of the resolution passed under special business at the Company's
Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will
shortly be available for inspection via the UK Listing Authority's Document
Viewing Facility situated at:
