Directors' Dealings
NEOS was notified on 15 April 2013 that on that day, two directors had transacted in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:
-- Nicholas Myerson, through his personal holding and operating company Beneficium Sarl, has purchased 210,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.695p per Ordinary Share.
