NAQ's a very thin market-someone sold just 6k shares worth approx £1740 and only got 29p v bid/offer of 31/35

A Waiting Game........Pretty much as expected no follow through on IC buy recommendation after the initial mark up...now let's see what happens when the MMs drop the bid and offer!

Hmmmmmmmm-a trade of 332k shares on Friday 2/3 at 24p worth approx £80k which is pretty outstanding considering daily volume is a £100 quids worth if it trades at all!

Note that this Co has been tipped in the Investors Chronicle and although there has been buying, all that has really happened is the spread has widened and the offer increased ie from 30/32 to 31/36?!Doesn't bode well for long term price increase IMHO!

They shouldn't have printed them, signed them and posted them several weeks before announcing. It's all called incompetent! Sursprised that AIM allow such tactics.

Hi Topvest-They don't appear to be competent,sending out their Annual Report a couple of weeks before they released their results via a RNS. Maybe it wasn't their fault?!Surprised that their share price hasn't taken more of a Bath!

Yes, this has been a very disappointing share. Maybe the company will turn around at some point, but it's been a long haul!

£600K sale of US subsidiary DMS has been approved. Probably a good thing, as it will bolster cash balances and allow management to focus on recent British acquisitions.Watching this share price is like watching paint dry!!Which is probably why I'm the only Contributor on this thread!!!

Anyone anything to say? How much lower can it go?Any support levels I should look for?

Someone wanted to sell £3.5k worth and they had to unload at 25p!Not a good sign-I know it's a small cap but that was a 25% discount to the mid price-there aren't any Buyers around!

Truly shocking!it appears they sent out the annual report but only announced their results publicly via a RNS two weeks later.I fear they will be in big trouble with the LSE

Yes, received them today. I suspect that they will announce them on Wednesday. £230k loss before goodwill amortisation and £474k after. Not very impressive, but vaguely more encouraging comments about th next year!

Not a good sign-results appear to be delayed(last year they were released on 5 December.) Company has already warned that this years results will be below expectations.

That 2503 was me goodself ta! Broke all the rules and stuck a fill or kill order in over the weekend at 47p after noting the RNS on friday. Just a wee gamble as this isn't the sort of share that usally takes me in.

Lets see what happens......

Guy Thomas bought some more.
The 2 huge buys this morning of 306 and 2503 shares @ 47p have left the MMs woefully short of stock.

RNS out. Private investor Guy Thomas has a notifable stake. I hope he does as well out of this one as he did out of Avingtrans. He was buying Avingtrans at 40p a couple of years back.
