This is my selection in the share competition on the Fool. Why couldn't it have kept itself under control until the New Year started?

I agree the Environmental permit is important, but in reality it's been known for months.

Environmental permit granted - a significant de-risker IMO.

Looks like interest is picking up again over in Canadia.

Quiet here considering the nice recent move - our patience will be well rewarded!

Seems to be ticking up on a daily basis - nice and slow - no rush.

I'd be happy with 2p/3p a week :-)

Tucked away safely.

John- you're very welcome, thank you for the report!

I'm in here as well (in fact its one of my larger long-term 'investments'- I'm also around b/e after buying at £1.30 and topping up at various points at the end of last year), I think it's just a waiting game.

The market isn't likely to take much notice until closer to production, but as you say there's plenty of newsflow to come and surely this should be valued closer to cash-in-bank in the shorter-term? The major thing for me is that if proven to be successful they have a huge undersea acreage, most of which looks highly prospective to the amateur geologist in me- and given the grades involved nigh on any technical problems should be surmountable in time.

Let me say again thank you novicedave for cleverly spotting that the "less than" sign was stopping me posting my thoughts on NUS.

I did buy some shares and they are just break-even. I was able to put them in my ISA because of the TSX listing.
Now wait for newsflow, see if any benefits come from the meetings they are having in City. I'm not sure where this will go but I prefer to be in rather than out.

uncle john- are you trying to post a "less than" sign?? If so simply remove that and post again.

My fellow investors and Traders.
Nautilus are in town and gave a presentation to interested parties at lunchtime. A very attractive project at first glance.

Good technology and engineering in that they are not pioneering. All techniques for drilling and lifting slurry have been used for years in oil and gas industry.

Also de Beers is digging for diamonds in shallow water off Namibia. The excavation is done by kit that was developed for trenching for pipe-lines in oil industry.

Cu (Copper) Grades are 6-7%. Often they mine Often they mine

el-tel,

Good to have you on board.

I can't help feeling there's a lot of value locked into this company.

With cash per share significantly higher than the current share price ... it seems like a low risk, yet, possibly high return play.

FWIW - my very first purchase in NUS was @ 135p ... so happy to be adding/averaging at these levels.

NUS will come again I'm sure. What exactly will trigger it though I have no idea.

NUS, long term, has some fantastic potential. It just takes the first "mine" to make all the other claims they have very valuable "real-estate". I bought these back when Anglo subscribed at about £1 (CAD$2) a share. Now they seem almost completely unloved despite having few of the characteristics of a junior (i.e. unlike many they are cashed-up, they have very realistic grades, plenty of exploration upside, fairly good marketing and IMHO some good people on board, literally as well as metaphorically).

The main concern they (and I) had was "greenies" preventing the mine.

Am topping up regularly. My original hope was $20 - $30 (based on cash flow multiple account for about half of that and the acreage the rest) I think a few years back and that still remains.

The market also seems to forget the very high gold grades as well as cu.
