We wish to inform our investors that the Metropolitan Court of Budapest as Court
of Registration has registered the amended Deed of Foundation of the Bank - with
a retroactive effect as of 29 October 2007. The amendments of the Deed of
Foundation are based on the recently amended Act No. XX of 2001 on Hungarian
Development Bank Ltd. According to the amended Deed of Foundation the name of
the bank changes as follows:

* Full Hungarian name: MFB Magyar Fejlesztesi Bank Zartkoruen Mukodo
  Reszvenytarsasag;
* English name: MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company
* Abbreviated name: MFB Zrt.
