Appointment of Director

Placing of 52 million new shares


The Directors of Nature Technology Solutions Ltd are pleased to announce the
appointment of Nigel Sandy as a Non-executive Director, with immediate effect.
Nigel has a strong background in the waste and land aggregates sector, including
a previous role as Group Chief Executive of Waste Recycling Group prior to a
successful sale of that group to private capital interests in July 2003.

A placing of 52 million new Ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company has
also been arranged at a price of 0.55p per share, to provide additional working
capital principally for the Group's new 60% subsidiary, Northern Treatment AS,
which is developing the appropriate staff and logistics necessary for deployment
of new Offshore Treatment Units (OTUs) in the Norwegian North Sea. Further
announcements with regard to deployment of the first operational unit will be
made following a number of discussions taking place with regard to future OTU
operations.

The following Directors participated in the placing, resulting in a notifable
increase in shareholdings as set out below:

Company as to notifiable holdings above 3% of the issued capital of the Company:

Have visions of 7 small chaps going hammer and tongs with riveters ,welders and bellows madly trying to produce enough free standing tanks to supply the world .
That is why I tell my self they are far too busy to tell us numbers sold or made .
You see on such a fast moving production line only the man at the end[You guessed it-- DOPEY ]really knows the score and last time I had the vision he was asleep .

malkie - I don't know if this is an FSG in the making but it looks interesting with the director buying and what they do. Looks like it could move up strongly on some news that looks well overdue imo.
