Nigel has a strong background in the waste and land aggregates sector, including a previous role as Group Chief Executive of Waste Recycling Group prior to a successful sale of that group to private capital interests in July 2003. A placing of 52 million new Ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company has also been arranged at a price of 0.55p per share, to provide additional working capital principally for the Group's new 60% subsidiary, Northern Treatment AS, which is developing the appropriate staff and logistics necessary for deployment of new Offshore Treatment Units (OTUs) in the Norwegian North Sea. Further announcements with regard to deployment of the first operational unit will be made following a number of discussions taking place with regard to future OTU operations.
