Fox Creek Coal Project - Management Technical Presentation

Natasa announces that the Company's management at its Fox Creek Coal Project in Alberta, Canada ("Fox Creek") has prepared a technical presentation covering the Western part of the approximately 1.4 billion tonnes coal resource, of which 777 million tonnes are measured and indicated in accordance Canadian NI 43-101 guidelines. A summary of this report, which has not been prepared by, or reviewed by an independent technical expert, can be viewed on the Company's website at www.natasamining.com. The Project is owned by Natasa's wholly 100 per cent. subsidiary, Alberta Coal Corporation.

It should be noted that the mining scoping study is limited to less than one-half of the originally acquired 22,633 Ha at Fox Creek and also excludes the 19,008 Ha recently granted by the Government of Alberta, as announced on 12 October 2012.

Highlights of the study, which is based on a thermal coal price range of US$90 - US$110 per tonne, include:

   --     Mine life operating cost US$64.29 product tonne (FOB) 
   --     Mine initial capital cost (after allowing for mining contractor and

Mr James Proc, Manager of Engineering for Alberta Coal Corporation, has reviewed and approved the technical information contained in this announcement in his capacity as a qualified person under the AIM rules.

Mr Proc graduated as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary in 1979. He is registered as a Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers of British Colombia and has worked in the mining industry for the past 36 years.
