Final Terms in relation to the National Grid Electricity Distribution (West Midlands) plc issue of JPY 10,000,000,000 1.925 per cent. Notes due 1 March 2039 under the National Grid Electricity Distribution (East Midlands) plc, National Grid Electricity Distribution (South Wales) plc, National Grid Electricity Distribution (South West) plc and National Grid Electricity Distribution (West Midlands) plc £6,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
