We hereby give notice that, Ricky Lee Klingensmith, Non-Executive Director resigned from the Board with effect from 16 July 2015.

The Board is pleased to announce that William Harold Spence has succeeded Ricky Lee Klingensmith as Non-Executive Director with effect from 16 July 2015. William is the President of the PPL Group.
