Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Nandan Cleantec plc ("Nandan" or the "Company"), a scaled vertically integrated biofuel producer, announces that the Non-Executive Director, Mark Woodall, will leave the Company with immediate effect to concentrate on his other business interests.

The Nandan board now comprises of one Executive Director and five Non-Executive Directors following the earlier appointment of Surendra Ajjarapu, Kishore Gupta and Sandesh Pandhare as Non-Executive Directors in September 2012.

Mr. Kishore Gupta will replace Mark Woodall as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and join the Audit Committee acting as Chairman.

Mr. Sandesh Pandhare and Mr. Suren Ajjarapu will become members of the Remuneration Committee joining Bhupendra Kansagra who acts as Chairman.

Mr. Sandesh Pandhare will join and act as Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
