The following amendment has been made to the three "Conversion 
Between Classes, Cancellation of Shares & Admission of New Shares" 
announcements released on 11 December 2009 at 6:01 under RNS Numbers 
TOPE - HUG1360543; TOPS - HUG1360544; and TOPU - HUG1360545. 
 
The mis-stated Conversion Calculation Date has been changed from 30 
October 2009 to 30 November 2009. 
 
All other details remain unchanged.

Conversion requests 
 
The table below summarises the aggregate number of shares of each 
class in relation to which the Company has received requests to 
convert such shares into shares of another class with effect from 30 
November 2009 (the "Conversion Calculation Date"). 
 
From US$ Shares to Sterling Shares: 230,000 
 
Conversion ratios 
 
The net asset values per share of each class as at the Conversion 
Calculation Date were as follows: 
 
EUR10.19 in the case of Euro Shares 
 
GBP10.32 in the case of Sterling Shares 
 
$10.06 in the case of US$ Shares 
 
The spot currency conversion rates as at the Conversion Calculation 
Date were as follows: 
 
EUR1:GBP 0.9148, EUR1: US$ 1.5013, GBP1: EUR1.1093, GBP1: US$1.6411, US$1: 
EUR0.6661, US$1:GBP0.6093 
 
On the basis of the above, the conversion ratios were as follows: 
 
0.6576  Euro Shares for every one US$ Share 
 
1.1071  Euro Shares for every one Sterling Share 
 
0.9033  Sterling Shares for every one Euro Share 
 
0.5940  Sterling Share for every one US$ Share 
 
1.5207  US$ Shares for every one Euro Share 
 
1.6835  US$ Shares for every one Sterling Share 
 
Results of conversion 
 
With effect from 14 December 2009, the issued share capital of the 
Company will be as follows: 
 
Euro Shares:     5,320,241 
 
Sterling Shares: 7,757,324 
 
US$ Shares:      1,387,575 
 
Admission of new shares 
 
Application has been made for 136,618 Sterling Shares to be listed on 
London Stock Exchange. It is expected that such listing will become 
effective and that dealings in such shares will commence on 14 
December 2009.
