In the Company's announcement issued 2 July 2008 announcing the
Transaction In Own Securities for 2 July 2008, there was an error in
the number of outstanding GBP Shares in issue and  the number of GBP
Shares in issue (to the exclusion of those in treasury) announced.
The number of outstanding GBP Shares in issue should have read
34,290,564 and the number of GBP Shares in issue (to the exclusion of
those in treasury) should have read 31,168,588.
