Partial Buyback of EUR 30,000,000 Single callable Step-up Notes due 1 March 2028

Municipality Finance Plc has bought partially back a total nominal amount of EUR 3,000,000 of EUR 30,000,000 Single callable Step-up Notes due 1 March 2028 (ISIN: XS1778489309) (the "Notes") issued under the EUR30,000,000,000 Programme for the Issuance of Debt Instruments guaranteed by The Municipal Guarantee Board (Kuntien takauskeskus). The value date for the buyback is on 21 August 2023 (the "Value Date"). The Notes are listed on the London Stock Exchange. The repurchased Notes will be cancelled on the Value Date. Following the partial buyback, the outstanding notional amount of the Notes is EUR 27,000,000.
