14/5/2013 21:58 | Have not had shares in these for a few years need to say a bit surprised at their recent run so I suppose were susceptible to an IMS which had no new good news | cerrito
21/2/2013 08:02 | Agreed - solid results as ever..great company. | topvest
21/2/2013 07:53 | Results steady as you go. Best outcome in the present climate. | redartbmud
20/2/2013 23:31 | I know they are a good company and they are not an investment trust but to me interesting to see their share price is 375 odd a significant premium to their 300p NAV at Dec 31 12. I have held in the past and over the last 18 months have looked at getting back in but the pricing always seemed rather rich. I have read this wrong. | cerrito
06/11/2012 14:54 | AGM today, has anyone been? red | redartbmud
22/2/2012 23:34 | I have not been in this for a couple of years now but follow especially as I find their comments on the Midlands market to be interesting. The results were not as bad as the fall in share price would suggest; to me the share price has got way ahead of itself in the last couple of weeks; indeed for all their good management and good balance sheet somewhat surprised that they still trade at a premium to NAV after today's fall. Will not be buying unless they fall much further. | cerrito
26/9/2011 21:19 | Yes TCM for a company that has increased 25% in 5 weeks (70p on 270p)it is very quiet around here! | linhur
24/9/2010 09:45 | very quiet around here... :-) | thecurrymonster
08/9/2010 13:07 | Good results here and the already big dividend is increased. A very good income share. | johspr
13/5/2010 10:23 | Overall,the IMS is broadly positive. | djderry
10/3/2010 13:14 | Curious pattern of trades this morning. Anyone care to comment. | the other kevin
24/2/2010 22:26 | Steady as she goes. | djderry
24/2/2010 09:20 | Very much 'same again' and business as usual. Must be the steadiest listed property business around! A bit disappointed to see no acquisitions of new properties in the last 6 months, when other companies having been taking advantage of the dip in prices. I sold out in Jan at £3.20 thinking these were going nowhere. Still keep an eye on them as I do think it is a solid and dependable business so may get back in at some stage for the divi. 23/2/2010 20:47 | Here are the results........ | djderry
10/11/2009 14:14 | Rent collections remain stable,vacancy rates reduced,steady as she goes. | djderry
01/3/2009 11:36 | Bound to have really. Only forced sellers are selling in this market and values are still going down. MKLW is reasonably safe, with £100m or so of unencumbered property. They will be able to sit it out, which is more than can be said for most other real estate groups. No increase in interim dividend, but hopeful of a small increase at the final otherwise they will blow their dividend increase record which I think goes back to the early 60s. | topvest
28/2/2009 21:24 | fairly decent set of interims. would've preferred if the LTV had not risen since the previous report. unlikely to require a rights issue. | not manu
26/11/2008 13:15 | dropped by the divi today. If share price holds we have what looks like an inverted head and shoulders forming? LOL | amla
27/10/2008 17:08 | googled it!! £20m 15 years 5.59%!! great deal!! | finkie
27/10/2008 17:06 | what were the terms of the £20m Lloyds facility? cheers, | finkie
25/10/2008 14:33 | I bought some more. This is a screaming buy. | topvest
24/10/2008 19:11 | These are looking interesting now-though the problem is that many other things are also looking interesting. One reason is that it is at a 50% discount to June NAV and almost at a 10% dividend yield-with hindisght I am not sure they would have increased the dividend which at £10.5m a year is 20% ahead of net cash inflow from operating activities. What do they have is financial flexibility given their low debt and the extraordinarily attractive terms that they raised £20m from Lloyds this May. This does allow them to buy back their shares on the basis that they get approval in the upcoming AGM and also to buy distressed assets that they know well. Need to think about over the weekend. Furthermore The fact that the family has a 36% shareholding does give some stability | cerrito
24/10/2008 14:11 | I did at 2.68. | walker10
24/10/2008 13:48 | Or it was if you took profits!!! | mudbath |
