This company is not going bust. It will be volatile between now and the end of November when KPMG are due to report but the constituent parts definitely add up to a lot more than the whole - including the 87m debt.
There will be a lot more short covering - and hopefully a nice bear squeeze - when the real news comes out.

The banks almost certainly want a new Chairman i.e. somebody who was not associated with the decision to reject the bids back in March. What's much more important is that they found a new CEO. The £30m payment in March is voluntary by the way.

this will recover next week in my opinion. The business hasn't deteriorated that much in recent months. If the banks give them more time to reduce the loan then the shares will bounce back to 40p before year end
