MOTO GOLDMINES LIMITED - REPORT ON SHARE ACTIVITY
PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA - Moto Goldmines Limited ("Moto") received notification
on April 27, 2009 from Electrum Strategic Holdings LLC ("Electrum") that it had
purchased 8,000,000 Common Shares of Moto as part of Moto's recently completed
prospectus offering that closed on April 27, 2009. As a result, the aggregate
number of common shares of Moto held by Electrum, at April 27, 2009 was
14,967,300 common shares, representing 14.1% of all outstanding Common Shares.
