What happened to the siyaya deal??
Wasn't that deal supposed to generate up to
$5 dollars over the next 3-5 years with payments
being made straight away???

Getting a nomad is not just a question of money today. Even more important now is the corporate state of the company that will determine if they can get a nomad. All of the China fraud companies had money for nomads as did, Daniel Stewart, Quindell and Sefton Resources.

The stock exchange regulators have tightened up on what type of companies nomads can take on. Nomads cannot take on companies who's only real source of income is private investor money and where there is no reasonable chance of them ever making money from their operations. 2016 will see the biggest exodus of companies from the AIM.

Ow can they afford pay for nomad if they can't afford pay CLN holders?
They can't issue more shares to pay for nomad, like. The hare has been well and truly fuct, and not just fuct, proper fuct.

MTV management, as far as I can see, have always been very candid.

The Admission Doc was very clear indeed, to me.

CLN terms were plainly stated.

I think the company still has legs ,but needs a better
management,I can't see how this would be allowed
to shaft holders and still run this company privately
with the same directors ,if this has failed shareholders
then it needs a new team period,Cln holder could strike
a deal with us on this payment, but it seems like this is
heading towards delisting...

It is not uncommon for directors to take companies private. However I am reasonably confident it will not happen here. The company does not generate any positive cash flow therefore without private investor money I expect everything to fold.

Who wishes to pick the bones off the carcass would be free to do so but there is nothing here to pick.

Would you care to divulge what contracts were these?
