price of 28p per share, a total of
1,771,540 ordinary shares of 10p each in
Moorfield Group PLC.  As potential
beneficiaries under The Moorfield
Employment Benefit Trust, each executive
director and certain other employees of
Moorfield Group PLC is treated as being
interested in all shares acquired by The
Moorfield Employment Benefit Trust.  As of
today's date, The Moorfield Employment
Benefit Trust holds 1,771,540 shares in the
Company.
