MOLINEUX RMBS 2016-1 PLC (the "Issuer") hereby announces that it requests the delisting of the Notes above currently admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange (the "LSE").

 

The Notes were redeemed in full on 18 September 2024. Accordingly, the last day of dealings in the Notes on the LSE shall be 18 September 2024 and the cancellation of the listing and of trading in the Notes on the LSE is expected to take effect at or about 3:30 p.m. on 18 September 2024.
