Mode Global Holdings PLC (LSE:MODE), the LSE-listed Fintech Group, announces that from today customers will be able to enjoy 0% trading fees when buying and selling Bitcoin, as part of a limited time campaign to make Bitcoin more accessible to millions across the UK.

From today, the 17th November until 31st December 2021, Mode will be removing its 0.99% trading fee, instead offering users 0% in trading fees when they buy and sell Bitcoin via the Mode app.

Bitcoin trading fees have reached highs of 4.99%, resulting in significant additional costs for cryptocurrency investors. The elimination of fees aims to remove pain points in the adoption of Bitcoin, particularly for new entrants, establishing Mode as one of the most competitive Bitcoin wallets in the UK market, as well as increasing its user base and trading volumes.

Additionally, Mode has partnered with entrepreneur, investor and host of The Pomp Podcast, Anthony Pompliano, as part of a campaign to raise Mode's brand awareness and accelerate the adoption of Bitcoin. Pompliano's podcast has reached over 30 million downloads since its launch and covers topics relating to business, finance and Bitcoin. The collaboration will see Mode working with Pompliano to tap into and expand the growing Bitcoin market.

This announcement comes after the launch of Mode's Bitcoin Cashback feature, which allows users to earn Bitcoin risk-free, by paying with Mode at its partner brands, including Myprotein, Lookfantastic and TheHut.com.
