I guess there is a cost involved in releasing an RNS, so if they can hold on as long as possible until releasing it in the hope they can capture everything then is makes sense to do so, although I would have thought they would be shouting from the rooftops as soon as the funding received

doubtful as they did not rns anything after - the hearing would have been a day or two .. if he managed to do a sneaky then the company have updated bad news quickly before.... just dont think it happened - why is anyones guess

I am still intrigued to see what is happening re Narang, the court case in the high court in India did not take place on the 17th May as indicated in a previous RNS. Time will tell as usual...

sean they only need to inform us if its gone wrong or right - if its gone the same as usual...that waits until the end of the month!

its pretty obvious if its an end of month "update" the money isnt in the bank

if/when it comes they'll announce it at 3pm and lift the suspension!

Sadly I think you're right flop. What motivation is there for senior management at Ariose to develop new APPs etc if they won't personally benefit as they are in buy out limbo?

I did ask and he replied by saying an RNS would be released in May but wouldn't give away any details regarding the court case. I personally don't think the court case went ahead on 17th May for whatever reason, time will tell.

I called earlier in the week and was informed by Dougal that a RNS would be released in May but more than happy for someone else to call too.
