One last thing.

I am not sure if all the people posting rubbish are mug punters or pump and dump merchant conmen but they seem to think or are trying to con people into believing that a Convertible Preference Share issue at '2p' per share means that the Ordinary shares should trade towards that level. That is nonsense and betrays a lack of understanding of what Convertible Preference Shares are.

Anyone who falls for it is obviously a mug punter and thus probably deserves to lose their dough as they really shouldn't be trading their own money as they are a danger to themselves and possibly others.

The Company looks forward to receiving the contracted for convertible preference share investments in the weeks ahead, as shareholders have been previously advised, as well as concluding the Ariose Software Pvt Ltd ("Ariose") acquisition, which was announced on 12 December 2011.

Rory Stear has consulted with both the investors and the vendors of Ariose in the recent past and has been ensured by them that both transactions are on course for completion.

If Rory does get the $2m funding in April, before Narang court date then Narang either will come to arrangement before court date or on the day, otherwise if no funding before court date, then he will not pay or will try another delay tactic imo.

He's basically played delaying tactics hoping the company folded .... He's quite close to his dream.... That's why the pfs money if it comes through and the company in suspends and doesn't fold they can keep at him ...forever!

these Asian investors must be really keen to invest in MBW, because the transaction they are trying to finalise seems awfully complicated just to enable then to realise the $2M they need to invest in MBW !
