    Mobestar Holdings Plc ("Mobestar" or the "Company")

Trading Update

Mobestar, the AIM listed specialist provider of mobile community applications
(MOBS.LN) is pleased to provide an update on trading following the installation
of mDate which has been in full commercial use from the end of August 2007. In
the five week period since its commercial installation and up to 30 September
2007 the Company has recorded gross revenues of approximately £30,000. The
mDate platform over this period has served in excess of 4 million content items
across an average of 28,400 daily logins.

Revenue, usage, and the rate at which new users have joined the service have
increased week on week and continue to do so. Between the first week in
September 2007 and the first week in October 2007 the Company saw a five fold
increase in the number of new subscriptions to the service. The cost of support
has remained constant over the period and support activity has reduced
consistently week on week even as usage accelerated.

As announced 10 September 2007 the Company contracted to supply mdate to Nue.de
one of Germany's largest dating agencies and anticipates resulting revenues
coming on stream in November 2007.

As announced on 18 September 2007 the Company has now delivered an mDate
platform to Global Personals Ltd for service prototyping. It is anticipated
that this system will go into live commercial use early in November 2007
providing service to a community of approximately 3,000,000 users.

their existing on-line communities. We've seen a sea change in the market over
the last quarter with major organizations in Europe and in North America
realizing that mobility is not just another optional extra for an existing web
community but rather a prerequisite for community survival.

The Company's revamped delivery organization synchronises customers' on-line
and mobile environments quickly and easily, substantially automating the
delivery process with the result the Company can now deliver as many as 4 new
systems per month without incremental cost."
