Moat is delighted to announce that Gloria Yang will be joining us, on 11 April 2023, as our new Executive Director of Finance.

Gloria is a passionate advocate of social housing, with a career that spans over 16 years in the sector. She has enjoyed a variety of advisory, executive, and non-executive finance roles within several housing associations, most recently as Deputy CEO and previously as Director of Finance.

As a pivotal member of the Executive Management Team, Gloria will contribute to the shaping of our corporate strategy and will be responsible for developing the financial well-being of Moat, providing solid financial leadership and ensuring a robust structure is in place to further secure and enable Moat and our customers. Moat is thrilled to have Gloria on board.

Moat is a leading regional housing association, managing over 20,000 homes across the southeast - Kent, Essex, Sussex and South London, and has a significant development pipeline of 1,679 affordable homes to rent or to buy.
