General Meeting Cancelled
The Board of LZYE hereby gives notice the general meeting, to consider the proposed delisting of LZYE, to be held at 9am London time on Thursday 8 May 2014 is cancelled.
The Company is in receipt of proxy votes against the resolution to delist LZYE in respect of 144,061,750 shares representing 58.3% of the issued share capital of the Company. This proxy vote is of sufficient magnitude to ensure that the resolution to delist, were it to be put at general meeting, would be defeated. Accordingly the Board has decided to cancel the general meeting and consider its options.
A further announcement regarding the Board's intentions for the Company will be made shortly.
