MKM Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification of the
following interests in the voting rights in the Company's issued share capital,
comprising ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares"):-



*         Eaglet Investment Trust plc has an indirect interest in 10,491,667
Ordinary Shares, representing 14.90 per cent of the total voting rights of the
Company. The undertaking through which these voting rights are held is HSBC
Global Custody Nominees Ltd.



*         WH Ireland Group plc has a direct interest in 3,000,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing 4.26 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.



*         ISIS EP LLP has an indirect interest in 2,300,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing 3.27 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. The
undertaking through which these voting rights are held is Chase Nominees Ltd.



*         Andrew Johnson (Executive Chairman) has a direct interest of 3,600,000
Ordinary Shares, representing 5.11 per cent of the total voting rights of the
Company.



*         Mark Koch (Chief Executive) has a direct interest in 7,263,636
Ordinary Shares, representing 10.32 per cent of the total voting rights of the
Company.



*         Victor Koch (Executive Director) has a direct interest in 7,263,637
Ordinary Shares, representing 10.32 per cent of the total voting rights of the
Company.



*         David Mond (Non-executive Director) has a direct interest in 4,000,000
Ordinary Shares, representing 5.68 per cent of the total voting rights of the
Company.



*         Brian Smillie (International Managing Director) has a direct interest
in 11,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.62 per cent of the total voting
rights of the Company.



*         Richard Tenser (International Development Director) has a direct
interest in 9,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.78 per cent of the total
voting rights of the Company.
