    Re: Board Composition

    The Company is pleased to announce changes to the composition of the board of directors of the Company (the "Board").  

    With immediate effect, Executive Chairman, Andrew Johnson, will become Non-executive Chairman and Brian Smillie, International Managing
Director, will become Chief Executive. These changes follow the reverse takeover of Leisure World Pty Limited and its subsidiaries in August
2007.  

    Additionally, Richard Tenser has advised the Board of his intention to resign early in 2009.
