Wonder if we'll see more director buys soon. They've bought quite a few recently obviously higher than the price today.

New forecasts from Cenkos - including figus to June 23.

They show :
June 2022 (current year)
Sales up from 31m to £37m
Adjusted EBITDA increased from £7.1m-£7.5m
Eps - 2.2p

June 23
Sales £44m, EBITDA £9m
Eps 2.6p

So current p/e 20 falling to 17 in 2023.

These figs, I believe exclude any further acquisitions.

Solid trading results followed by director buying.
Have just invested here - partly because I knew Matthew as a corporate lawyer way back (20 years ago) and rated him highly. Cenkos due to review their forecasts in the near future and i would hope to see upgrades.

I think there needs to be a wider awareness of this company. They have not really done much investor engagement so needs stepping up now results are out and no hidden wobblies.

No surprises in the accounts then. Do wonder if they released these on time whether we’d be a bit higher- only just recovered most of the drop.

Virtually all the trades early in the day. Suggests perhaps staff buying and selling.

Winning 5 new clients who will be Top 10 in revenues next year shows the progress they're making. I'm glad I bought some a few days ago.

Whilst it’s no guarantee, I’d doubt they’d have an investor meet on the same day as announcing “issues” with the accounts on Thursday. So perhaps all will be ok.

Possibly. But they make a lot of errors with their RNS releases. Wrong title, wrong information etc. I know in the scheme of things it’s fairly trivial but it doesn’t inspire confidence. Did they really not know until today that they wouldn’t be ready until next week?

I think the comments on here are verging on the sensationalist. The auditor has changed, there will always be teething problems, but it is only a week or two....

MJH actually provide investor relations and PR for their fund clients as part of the service... so you'd kind of expect them to be on top of their own PR.....
Bargepole until results out.
