Corporate Bank, Ltd. ("MHCB"), has decided to dissolve Mizuho Corporate Leasing 
(UK) Limited, a subsidiary of MHCB, as follows.

1. The Subsidiary to be Dissolved

                      U.K.
   Representative   : Satoru Ochiai

2. Reason for Dissolution

   The companies will go into dissolution as part of rationalization of MHCB's 
   operations in Europe.
