09/7/2017 22:09 | Do not engage with 'hotaimstocks'. The following users are the same person using multiple accounts: jamesto2 transhoneyqueens hotaimstocks jackson83 hotpotato1 usa_investor_domain captainaim civilservant10 This person changes their position wildly all the time, and deletes their posts (by editing to a ‘.’) when proved wrong or want to play the other side for a while. They are to be ignored, and have been reported to ADVFN and MMX. | simonsaid1
09/7/2017 15:43 | Hotaimstocks, no boost to the share price - I am trying to accumulate a position. | soultrading
08/7/2017 19:32 | I also think the future value here should they decide against a buyout is good. Nothing like a recurring revenue stream and still more to release. | isaseeya
08/7/2017 19:24 | Some great posts there guys! Whatever the offer or merger is, the price is likely to be above 16p. This is not to be sniffed at and is almost free money (accepting a little risk) If the offer comes in much higher then great! Or the board decides that they can achieve more by merging or not selling at all, things are still looking really good here. I am not done buying here and happy to take some more. | isaseeya

08/7/2017 15:37 | I don't think Rightside are profitable! Yes, you would think .vip will cover most of the opex with all other stuff going straight to the bottom line. So if BOD can sell it with a view to profits 'down the line' then a multiple of 20 x say £15/20m then we are really talking some good stuff, then again if they are making those sorts of profit they could shell out 1.5p a share or more in divis...that'll do nicely too! | hjb1
08/7/2017 15:06 | Hjb1 - Were Rightside actually making a profit? I need to do a bit of digging but perhaps someone on this board may already know the answer. The industry is an unknown but it's gross margins are very high by comparison to typical product based industries. I wouldn't wish to hazard a guess on multiple but feel it would be very significant. One would expect to see profits close to £5m than £2m this year as much of the restructure costs were accounted for last year. .VIP alone should cover / exceed the operating costs of the business. All other TLDs plus new TLDs released, together with the premium Domains featuring more in H2 should see a healthy proft returned IMHO. Perhaps we'll get an update on half yearly financials come September albeit I'd suspect H2 financials to contribute more to Full Year results. | jkzip
08/7/2017 12:13 | yes, agree with your comments.I wonder what sort of multiples of earnings MMX could achieve, x10/20/30? A bit unknown as it's all very new this industry. I can see profits of possibly £10/15m+ within a few years especially when China (hopefully) gives the go ahead for the 6/8 domains in the system for approval and of course .shopping and premium names and more launches like .Boston the list seems endless! Blimey this could be worth well more than 30p...I've convinced myself..lol! | hjb1 |
