Talk on LSE that .luxe will fail now and looking at the sells and share price it's a reality check to all investors including myself??? Toby won't even buy 5k worth so why should we top up now ?? 5/6p maybe he will buy some lol ...Loads of extra share to flood the market ?? Maybe sjlawley will get fed up and dump stock & then where will the sorry share price be ?? Toby needs to go and total shareholders value destroyed under his control 🚩

Current Liabilities have increased from $12.7 million at the end of FY 2017 to $26.7 million at end of H1 2018. During the period, the Company paid down liabilities in the amount of $1.5 million. However, overall liabilities have increased primarily due to the inclusion of deferred revenue from ICM of $9.5 million, the onerous contract provision of $7 million of which $3.1 million is current, and a $3 million working capital facility to support future innovation and acquisition orientated activity by the Company.

That's a LOT of debt for a company that's supposedly debt free.
Facts eh.

MMX are one of the few AIM companies that are debt free and in profit,..hmmmm!!
Will maybe announcing a divi by middle of next year, hmmmm!

Once we get past April results we will be saying & on the madness goes with a shareholders value totally destroyed by the Porn acquisition lol .. Can't see the divi in 2019 being more than 6/8% ... Been in this for over 4 years and never seen a more depressing share price than its at today

'once we get past the 6th November and into general availability phase, more of the 70+ registrars supporting .luxe, will allow registrations so I would expect volumes to increase. substantially at that point. One thing for certain MMX has definitely increased its standing in both Domain and BC circles with this move'.
