Toby Hall has given us a profits warning & even he has not bought any shares at 6p ..🚩... This has been a rail road crash share & VIP has now slowed as well as other names. TOBY 😳 ... shareholders are happy to see the share price drift down / all time lows & THANKYOU for all your waffle and hype saying VIP was going be over 1m with deleted names by Xmas 2018 ??? .... It's hard to sell any premium names now & .work won't fool us lol .

I think the directors have devalued their existing business markedly by making this acquisition as investors are simply not going to apply the same earnings multiple to a registry owning 'adult' TLDs. Also, fund managers may not wish to get involved with a company that makes some of its profits from adult website domains.

On the financials, finnCap predict a net profit for the enlarged business of $3.2m in 2018, rising to $4.4m in 2019. Based on the enlarged and fully diluted share count the company will have 925m shares in issue.

If you are willing to hold on then an exit from your holding at 10p a share implies an equity value of £92.5m less current net cash of £4.5m, and a multiple of 27 times 2019 forecast net earnings. For an annuity revenue base that has clearly been devalued by this acquisition that seems a more appropriate valuation, but not one I am comfortable covering in future given the nature of what they have acquired.

Waldron the spread was 15% the other day so spread ok today lol - what is disgusting & disgraceful is that Porno Toby Hall is not buying shares ???? Let's hope it does not drop to the 5p level . Let's hope in 24 months it recovers to 8/10p if we get no more bad news .. It's a dead stock now .. Why wait as in 24 months China may not want VIP ? ..

Toby hall last night shares at 8p & 10p back in 2016 on 29th April 250k shares and on 14th June 250k ?? Has he bought 250k X 2 today 😍... He needs to be buying 1m shares for any shareholder value or the ship will sink as Mr Poro King has mugged us all again ... Bad debt isn't an issue if you read the RNS. They changed it because of new reporting standard. They state they have never had any bad debt to date and are in a unique position of just reclaiming the domain if someone doesn't pay. As for intangibles, that would be true of most/all companies but not sure why these would be written down? They have done so on onerous contracts but not beyond that.
