It won't get blocked, hey and try posting something that you haven't stolen/copied from elsewhere.
ALL the major shareholders are onboard with this so when the flakey ones clear off then this will rise.

Jamesto2, why are copying the post from LSE written by henryd14 or are you the same person??? lol

Whilst it was disappointing that this was not sold making us all lots of money. The acquisition of a profitable company to add to mmx revenue stream will only make this more appealing when this is finally sold. Put this share back in a drawer and forget about it until that day happens, maybe 2, 5 or 10 years down the road.

Just to put things straight; Lombard (or anyone else) are NOT selling as the question was asked and the reply is;

just had it confirmed,

just a technicality.

'Just one of their underlying funds breached a limit so they had to make a small adjustment. They are not allowed to cross shares between their respective underlying funds'.

IC paper arrived today so no doubt some will be behind the curve. The nature of ICM will no doubt put off some II and PI's but the majority of the sells were when they bought something rather than get bought and the take-over money left.

Once these clear, it's now a business on a very attractive PE with a lot of growth potential. .work is growing daily (now <300k names) and .vip just under <900k. .shopping sunrise seems to be doing OK and is building (similar to .vip at start)

Lombard owned over 20%
I explained to you all before how they cant sell in one go and would have to drip feed them into mug punters pockets.
If they other instis join suit then I foresee a complete collapse of the entire company.
That's my opinion.

The next few weeks will reveal all imo.

The deal can still be stopped and should be and TH should go.
Instis might make it so.

But hey guys...........just because I get it RIGHT MOST TIMES doesn't meant to say I will be this time ;)
DYOR...........I always do.
