james, you see it all the time, the market is driven by sentiment (often driven by rumour) and a number of companies, some currently are seeing the same. Whatever the outcome, 12p isn't wildly overvalued, regardless of merger/sale. I'm sure there are one or two large Chinese companies who would love to own and run .vip
