                                 Board Changes


Mincorp Plc (AIM: MOP) is pleased to announce a number of changes to the Board
of the Company, all of which were effective as of 30 October 2007.


Mr Matthew Steptoe has been appointed to the Board. In addition, Mr Reginald
Hare, who was the non-executive chairman, has decided to step down from the
Board; as a result, the directors resolved to appoint Mohd. Noordin bin Abdullah
as chairman of the Company. Mr Noordin bin Abdullah was previously an executive
director.


In relation to the appointment of Mr Steptoe, the Board noted that he has
extensive private sector and banking experience both in Australia and Asia,
through which he has gained exposure to commodities and resource finance.
Furthermore he brings proven leadership and executive skills to the Board,
together with experience in international capital markets. The Board believes
that with his appointment is well placed to support the Company's acquisitive
growth strategy and to build shareholder value.


Save as disclosed below, there is nothing further to disclose in relation to the
appointment of Mr Steptoe under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules:
