Change in Directorships
Mincorp is pleased to announce that, on 22 September 2007, its board of
directors resolved to appoint Mohd. Noordin bin Abdullah as an executive
director of the Company. Mr Noordin bin Abdullah was previously a non-executive
director.
At the same time, the directors resolved that Mr Reg Hare remain on the board of
directors as chairman, but in a non-executive capacity.
