Mincorp Plc (AIM: MOP) is pleased to announce the election of Mr Thanggaya
Munusamy to the board of directors on 27th June 2007.

Mr Munusamy is a solicitor who has been in private practice for the last 25
years. He has a law degree from the University of Buckingham. He was called to
the English Bar in 1983 and the Malaysian Bar in 1984. He is currently the
senior partner in Thanggaya Khoo & Co with an extensive law practice in
Malaysia.

Mr Munusamy brings a wealth of legal and commercial experience to the board of
Mincorp Plc.

Pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules for Companies, the
information required to be given in respect of Mr Thanggaya is as follows:
