RNS Number : 4724K Mincorp Plc 19 December 2008 Mincorp plc ("Mincorp" or the "Company") Change of Adviser The Directors of Mincorp announce that, following the acquisition by Ambrian Capital Plc of Nabarro Wells & Co. Limited, the Company's Nominated Adviser for the purposes of the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules"), Nabarro Wells & Co. Limited has tendered its resignation as the Company's Nominated Adviser, which will take effect from 19 December 2008. Ambrian Partners Limited will take over as Nominated Adviser for a limited period from that date until 17 January 2009. Mincorp is currently in discussions with a potential replacement Nominated Adviser with a view to making an appointment by 17 January 2009. In the absence of the appointment of a replacement Nominated Adviser on or before that date, the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM in accordance with Rule 1 of the AIM Rules. If within one month following such suspension Mincorp has failed to appoint a replacement Nominated Adviser, the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
