                          BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT UPDATE


Miller Fisher Group plc, the provider of outsourcing services to the insurance
and financial services industries, is pleased to announce that its Irish
operation, Miller Farrell, has been awarded a three year contract for the
provision of call centre facilities, claims signposting and support services for
Eagle Star. The contract commences on the 1 July 2002, and coincides with the
formal launch of "Miller Farrell Solutions", the outsourcing arm of Miller
Farrell.

In addition, after a major panel review, Axa has appointed Miller Farrell as one
of two service providers on a two year contract for claims services commencing 1
May 2002.

Further, the Travel Division of Miller Farrell has been appointed claims
handling agents on behalf of Primary Underwriting in respect of their
Worldchoice Group Travel Insurance Product. This contract will provide
significant additional volumes in this area.
